About The Profile

We are looking for an Service Delivery Manager to join a financial technology company based in the United Kingdom that provides a credit card product.

As the Service Delivery Manager, your main responsability will be to ensure the seamless delivery of fintech services to clients, aligning the company's service capabilities with client expectations and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong working relationships with partners and support their governance models.
  • Provide Technical Advice: Advise partners on the best approaches to solving technology challenges.
  • Roadmap and Backlog Management: Maintain a clear roadmap and internal backlog, working closely with product and technology teams to implement changes.
  • Expectation Management: Set realistic timelines for deliverables and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Track Performance: Ensure appropriate OKRs/KPIs are met to provide maximum value to partners.
  • Service Desk Establishment: Help set up a service desk for partner support.
  • Supplier Management: Demand high standards from suppliers and seek continuous product and technology improvements.
  • Contract and Integration Knowledge: Understand contractual relationships and technical integrations in detail.
  • Complex Partner Management: Handle complex partnerships with high demands for change.
  • Roadmap and Documentation: Create coherent roadmaps, delivery plans, and supporting documents to influence stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts to achieve prompt resolution.
  • Promote Value and Data-Driven Decisions: Advocate for product value and make decisions based on data.

Requirements:

  • Partner Management: Ability to manage partners and challenge them intelligently.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Skilled at independently extracting and analyzing large data sets.
  • Proactive Attitude: Have a "can do" and "can deliver" approach.
  • Project and Product Management: Possess strong project and product management skills.
  • Cloud Applications: Basic understanding of cloud applications.
  • Technology Stack Knowledge: Good understanding of partners' technology stack.
  • UK Fintech Sector Knowledge: Well-versed in the UK fintech sector.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to take a risk-based approach, think critically, and ask difficult questions.
