Job description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our company as a Senior Project Manager. As part of our team, you will collaboratively determine customers’ service needs and ensure their satisfaction during the initial product delivery and throughout ongoing support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Consultatively support the adoption of agile best practices and Agile culture in delivery squads
  • Operationalize project management on multiple fronts with affinity (program) organizing backlog, supporting prioritization, facilitating ceremonies
  • Build dashboards and reports to support decision making in relation to risks, issues, problems, impacts, etc.
  • Monitor tactical and strategic indicators, monitor team performance
  • Perform coaching on backlog construction and writing techniques, refining, breaking down and prioritizing user stories

Plus

  • Certification as Scrum Master
  • Knowledge or certification in agile practices at scale (SAFe, Nexus, Scrum at Scale)
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with teams that use technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, AWS
