We are seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading projects, managing requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, manage changes, and foster clear communication.
  • Analyze, document, and validate technical requirements, breaking them down into actionable work packages for efficient development.
  • Develop and maintain a project portfolio, analyzing trends and prioritizing projects based on strategic needs.
  • Optimize information flow within the team and across departments, creating and managing effective reporting systems for internal and external audiences.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project transparency with up-to-date data.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies and ensure adherence to established standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (Agile preferred), and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
