Your missions

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA/Tester with 2+ years of experience to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce implementations and enhancements. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and performance of our banking applications built on the Salesforce platform.

Duties

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
  • Utilize testing tools and techniques to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Document and report bugs, issues, and test results, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on resolutions.
  • Participate in agile/scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct testing for Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
  • Verify data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce and related integrations.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal testing strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.
  • Proficient in writing and executing test scripts using tools such as HP ALM, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
  • Experience with Provar.
