IT Network Engineer

As Network Engineer you will be responsible for the delivery and operational support of networking solutions at regional/local/remote locations globally. Ensuring the performance and availability of network solutions and responding with a sense of urgency to system interruptions to ensure systems are returned to operation within set guidelines. This role will routinely review, analyze, and recommend network improvements.

Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed networks
• Able to work with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
• Ability to deliver results in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
• Organized and self-motivated with an ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Understanding network data flows
• Assist with Network design and implementation
• Strong Network troubleshooting skills
• Strong documentation skills
• WAN & LAN knowledge (Layer 2 & Layer 3, VPN, BGP, MPLS, SDWAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
• Working knowledge of SolarWinds
• Network hardware configuration (Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Azure)

• Bachelor of University degree
• Three to five years of experience
• Excellent time management abilities
• Good analytic skills
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
