Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Development of creative and attractive posts for social media;
• Design of posts for the company blog;
• Development of graphic materials for internal and external communications of the HR department, including presentations, brochures, leaflets, infographics, and other materials;
• Development of visual materials for promotions and advertising campaigns;
• Maintaining the company's brand style and identity in all graphic materials;
• Support the HR team in creating graphic elements for internal programmes, rewards and initiatives;
• Design and update logos, templates, and branded material following the corporate style.

• Min 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) + Figma;
• Experience with layouts and image editors;
• Knowledge and understanding of current design and social media trends and experience in their implementation;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, excellent communication skills;
• Creativity and ability to generate ideas for visual concepts;
• A thorough understanding of typographic principles and the ability to use them to create easy-to-read and aesthetically pleasing textual content.
• High level of responsibility and result-orientation;
• Ability to work under time constraints and perform tasks in close cooperation with other team members;
• A work portfolio with samples of graphic works that demonstrate creativity, professional level of design and the ability to innovate;
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and perform several tasks simultaneously without losing design quality.
