About the Role

Zone & Co is seeking an experienced NetSuite professional to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our custom NetSuite applications for clients across various industries. As a key player in the delivery team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, from initial client engagement through to the final stages of implementation and user training. You will have the chance to leverage your technical expertise and consulting skills to drive meaningful improvements in clients’ business operations. 

Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Requirement Gathering:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to gather and document their business requirements.
• Identify key use cases and business pain points that can be addressed through our NetSuite applications.

Business Process Analysis:

• Analyze clients’ existing business processes, both upstream and downstream.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ operational workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Create detailed process maps and documentation to support the analysis.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Design viable solutions that automate, scale, and enhance clients’ business processes.
• Configure and customize NetSuite applications to meet specific client requirements, including the creation of custom records, fields, and workflows.
• Utilize SuiteScript capabilities to extend the functionality of the NetSuite platform as needed.

Documentation and Training:

• Document all requirements, configurations, and standard operating procedures in a clear and organized manner.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure thorough user adoption of the billing solution.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation to address any issues and ensure smooth operation.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with Product Developers to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Coordinate with Support and Operations teams to ensure seamless transitions from implementation to ongoing support.

Leadership and Mentorship:

• As you gain experience, take on leadership responsibilities within the team.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
• Lead implementation projects, ensuring all team members are aligned and project goals are achieved.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of NetSuite Administration or Power User experience
• SQL Knowledge and expertise in saved search
• Experience with custom records, custom fields, and workflow
• Basic knowledge of SuiteScript capabilities (nice to have)
• Consulting or software implementation experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Accounting/Finance experience
• Self-motivated, self-starter
