ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in EclipseRCP, SpringBoot, and React, as well as a comprehensive understanding of DevOps practices. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, domain knowledge in the automotive industry, and a passion for innovation and customer engagement.

Lithuanian applicants are a priority; however, we are also open to considering experienced candidates from other EU countries with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using EclipseRCP, SpringBoot, React, and Wildfly.
• Implement and manage databases using OracleDB and PostgreSQL.
• Utilize GitHub for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Design and implement microfrontend architectures.
• Ensure code quality and security using Blackduck and SonarQube.
• Oversee the complete DevOps mandate, including infrastructure management.
• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes and Kafka.
• Plan and implement future AWS integrations.
• Develop and execute automated tests for both frontend and backend using Playwright.
• Act as a consultant, actively supporting customers in product development.
• Engage with customers to discuss requirements, present content in reviews, and conduct system demos.
• Handle complex database models and contribute ideas for redesigning the models.
• Leverage domain knowledge in the automotive industry to drive project success.
• Employ technical and professional design/requirements engineering skills to meet project objectives.
