Pigment is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team.

In this role, you will leverage your experience to drive improvements in our Salesforce instance and related processes, ensuring a robust and efficient system.

Your responsibilities will include surfacing and implementing process enhancements, defining and optimizing cross-departmental workflows, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our Sales/CRM tech stack.

You will play a key role in supporting our team’s daily use of Salesforce and connected tools, managing and updating Salesforce CPQ configurations, and assisting with user acceptance testing to ensure seamless operations.

This role demands a meticulous organizer who excels at creating order, an expert operator adept at building efficient systems, and a fearless partner who advocates for positive change.

  • What you'll do:
  • Surface improvements to existing processes, administration, and automation; work to implement those improvements
  • Participate in defining, scoping, and building sales and cross-departmental work processes and data flows
  • Build and maintain a documentation framework for the Sales/CRM tech stack
  • Support our team in their day-to-day use of the Salesforce platform and connected tools
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce CPQ configuration
  • Help increase efficiency of other team members as well as internal users
  • Assist with ticketing and cases

  • You Should Have:
  • Prior experience with Salesforce administration, preferably with a SaaS company
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce certification, preferred
  • Experience implementing or maintaining Salesforce CPQ, a plus
  • Experience managing core tools in a GTM Tech stack (Gong, Outreach, Sales Nav, etc)
