Skills and Experience

- Over 10 years of experience in relationship sales, focusing on complex solutions for large organisations.
- 5 years of expertise in managing commercial relationships with significant clients.
- Proficient in financial and commercial management, negotiation techniques, and program management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in customer contact management or process management, with offshore outsourcing experience being advantageous.
