We are seeking talented and motivated Product Owners to play a critical role in our teams. As a Product Owner at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, you will have the opportunity to drive the development of cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our solution. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of our platforms. Your technical skills will be valuable in understanding and communicating the technical aspects of the product. You are the first point of contact for technical queries from overarching areas as well as for the team. You will be the interface to all stakeholders and provide continuous information about progress in the Sprint Review.

In this role: the focus is on the operation and development of ticketing platform for Deutsche Telekom's business applications. This application for incident and problem management also offers a reporting tool for extensive transparency as well as interfaces to other reporting apps.

Your Responsibilities

•          Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall company strategy.

•          Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and milestones, taking into consideration technical feasibility and market demands.

•          Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with German stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the product meets customer needs.

•          Technical Understanding: Possess a deep technical understanding to effectively communicate and make informed decisions.

•          Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, prioritized, and actionable for the development team.

•          Alignment between product teams: Seek and maintain alignment with other products, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

•          You will understand the requirements of the Kanban team and sort and prioritize them accordingly.

•          You proactively obtain feedback and coordinate the continuous exchange.

•          You will monitor the development from a technical point of view and be responsible for the economic success, value maximization and quality assurance of the team. In addition, you will develop customer-oriented support concepts and meet legal and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

•          Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment

•          Excellent communication and collaboration skills

•          Stakeholder management

•          Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

•          Agile and Scrum experience

•          Good spoken and written communication in German and English
