Your missions

We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various roles within our company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and procedures
  • Providing regular updates and reports to hiring managers and HR
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
