Performance Creative Strategist

Get ready to

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals
  
• Think of visual brand execution
  
• Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, etc.
  
• Closely work with project managers and marketing team (designers, performance specialists, etc.)
  
• Analyze ads testing data and make decisions based on it
  
• Analyze competitors’ ads
  
• Constantly search for new ideas and market trends
  
• Gather insights about target groups
  
• Copywrite (headlines, call-to-actions, short posts oriented to sales or other KPI’s)
  

We expect you to

• Have at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Performance creative/ Performance Copywriter/ Creative/ etc.
  
• Have an exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns and innovative ideas
  
• Have a creative and analytical mindset toward developing unique and innovative solutions to improve products
  
• Be 100% a performance-oriented person
  
• Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present them in a visual and compelling way
  
• Have common sense & good English skills
  
• Have no fear of failing
  
• Be curious and creative
  
• Never kill the vibe
  

Salary

Gross salary is from 3000 EUR monthly.

Location

Explore our diverse working hubs – the heart of it all in Vilnius, and cozy corners in Kaunas, Klaipėda, Riga, and Kyiv.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas, Klaipeda, and Riga: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
