Job Title: Marketing Administrator
Job Overview:
We My London Plumbers LTD are seeking a dynamic Marketing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating projects, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion
- Manage social media platforms and engage with followers
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities
- Support the team in executing Google Ads campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files
- Assist in creating marketing materials using Adobe software
- Doing market research, analysing forecasts and performing competitive analysis
- Preparing marketing sales and trend reports
- Supporting the development and execution of a company’s marketing and branding strategies
- Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organising meetings and conferences
- Developing original copy for social media platforms, websites and printed advertising materials
- Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
- Monitoring marketing industry news and submitting reports on emerging trends to management
- Informing the sales teams about campaign objectives and deliverables
- Supporting internal communication campaigns to effectively distribute key information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related 2-3 Years Work Experience
- Proven experience in project management and marketing
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of social media management tools and techniques
