Senior Analyst, Strategic Accounts Operations, will be a part of the Americas Strategic Account team at Telix supporting the operations of the Strategic Accounts Manager and Strategic Accounts team. Reporting directly to the Manager of Operations Strategic Accounts, this role will work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment with partners in IT, Finance, Legal and other supporting functions within the business.

This individual will also support the management planning and execution of different support platforms for the strategic accounts team to assist in driving outcomes and oversee key areas such as rebate payments, contract management, KPI tracking and reporting dashboards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Sales Performance & Market Analysis:
    • Utilize data-driven insights to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness with specific alignment to the GPO, IDN and Specialty Network contracts.
    • Ability to develop and maintain dashboards, to support the Strategic Account team and other leadership teams to support company initiatives regarding pipeline, contracts, trend performance data, reporting, and scorecards.
    • Investigate and examine variables relating to the Strategic Account team with an emphasis on trending sales data, GPO/IDN analytics, market dynamics
    • Assist in the preparation and metrics reporting to be used by leadership and stakeholders
    • Prepare statistical and narrative reports as needed
  • Forecasting and Planning:
    • Conduct special projects involving proforma analysis, forecasting and modeling to project expected outcomes under varying conditions and prepare related reports based on results.
    • Work closely with Strategic Accounts team, finance and other stakeholders to align projections with business goals and strategy.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Streamline and optimize the Strategic Accounts processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless collaboration between strategic accounts, sales, marketing, and other relevant departments
    • Manage requirements to design, develop, test and generate reports required to meet organizational needs; Review and analyze data sources and integrity
  • New Account Setup:
    • Work with the Telix Finance team to process new contracts, set up parent-child identification within Salesforce.com and manage SharePoint contract filing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as IT, finance, and legal to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving overall business objectives.
    • Participate in a variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain a specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Support Strategic Accounts Manager to develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) aligned with Telix’s business objectives, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Analyze and develop information, and market trends to be used in presentations to internal business partners for Executive Leadership, America’s Leadership Team, Management and Outside Organizations
  • Revenue Management & Contract Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of major contracts; Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables); Meet external reporting requirements; Maintain/manage contract and related data integrity; Update/Validate as scheduled or required – Includes membership and pricing updates; Contractual records and documentation, such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents
    • Support the Strategic Account Manager in processing administrative fees, rebates, and review of all reports prior to finance submission
    • Collaboratively work with Strategic Account team to manage contract terms and renewal dates; Respond to contractual questions and maintain a positive relationship through contract duration; Act as a liaison with Internal Telix business partners on account issues; facilitate dispute resolution, ensuring timely evaluation and approval/reconciliation of variations

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Concentration in Finance, Business, or Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an analyst role with 3+ years progressive Health/Diagnostic Industry experience within a Commercial Operations role required.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, regulations, and market dynamics specifically working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) and Specialty Networks required.
  • Radiopharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.
  • com or Veeva experience required
  • PowerBI, Domo, or experience working with large datasets required
  • Imaging, Medical Device, Urology and Oncology experience a plus.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) required.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills
