Technical Consultant (Remote)

Aktion Associates, Inc. is a national ERP software Reseller in the top 20 of the VAR 100 reseller market. We have a high growth technical environment with a workforce of over 250 professionals. We have a (3) year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 300. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S.

Role and Responsibilities:

Utilize analytical and data services knowledge to assist companies with implementing accounting and business management technologies as well as improving their business processes.
Design and implement data conversion processes using SQL.
Develop solutions for professional services firms such as architecture, engineering, management consulting and IT.
Work closely with our team of application consultants and clients to create custom solutions for our clients.
Proactively communicate with clients and the application implementation team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
Knowledge of our primary product is required; Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint for a minimum of 3 years
3 - 5 years of MS SQL T-SQL development
Knowledge of Web Services a plus

Location:

Work from home office anywhere in the United States, Mid-West preferred
Travel up to 15%
