Hiring - DFS & Ingredients Product Marketer - REMOTE

Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced DFS & Ingredients Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market strategies and content generation for two exciting, global product lines.

Key Requirements:

  • Health Ingredient Portfolio: A range of cutting-edge ingredients designed to address specific health needs.
  • Solid Oral Dosage Form Platform: A set of innovative solid oral dosage form platforms that help solve technical compatibility issues while helping health and nutrition brands tell their story.
  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies for both product lines, defining target audiences, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead content generation across all formats, including website copy, product brochures, white papers, case studies, and social media content.
  • Work closely with product management to understand product roadmaps, features, and benefits, ensuring marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales enablement tools and launch campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
  • Support a team of product managers as it relates to developing go-to-market strategies
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and manage product marketing budgets involving allocating resources for different marketing initiatives, negotiating with vendors, and tracking expenses.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams collaborating with R&D, regulatory affairs, and sales teams to ensure a smooth product launch and ongoing product lifecycle management.
  • Support product pricing strategies for the portfolios, where understanding market pricing dynamics is crucial.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations: This ensures the marketing strategy adapts to changes in the health and nutrition landscape and adheres to evolving regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns: This will help track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and measure progress towards achieving marketing goals.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence gathering: Staying informed about competitor activities and marketing strategies allows for proactive adjustments to your own approach.
