What We Need:

We're looking for an Assistant Manager for our national Audio Distribution Center on the West Coast.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

Duties include the loading and distribution of various on-air audio elements nationwide; Fielding calls and recording listener responses for national contesting; Operating multiple editing and playout systems; Communicating with multiple departments in multiple markets; As well as working and directing the team in the absence of the Department Managers.

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

  • Must have prior radio or broadcasting experience.
  • Must be experienced in audio recording software (Adobe preferable).
  • Good people skills are required, as we communicate with a large number of various markets, department heads, etc.
  • Must be self-motivating and able to motivate others.
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
