We need to find the best talent in the world. That's why we're on the search for a superstar Program Manager Advocacy (Global).

As a Program Manager for Advocacy, your primary focus will be the administration and E2E management of the company’s advocacy program with key strategic partners in the hospitality industry and beyond. For this program, our partners include influential consultants, industry advisors in hospitality, educators, and other influencers. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be part of our partnerships team and will collaborate closely with many internal stakeholders including leadership, sales, events, and marketing.

Location: Remote - Europe

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our global advocacy program;
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the advocacy program and coordinate program activities to align with strategic goals and timelines;
  • Administer the advocacy program, including managing communication with consultants and Ambassadors, managing our partner management platform (Magentrix), and administering our referral program and awards structure;
  • Prepare and disseminate program-related communications and material both with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collect, organize and analyze program data to track progress and outcomes;
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events with stakeholders, as well as advisory boards. Represent the company in external meetings and forums as needed;
  • Handpick strategic advisors and consultants in the industry globally and maintain relationships with key partners to enhance program impact;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including leadership, partnerships, product, sales, and customer support  to ensure delivery of key program objectives.

You'll Succeed With:

  • A Bachelor’s degree required; 
  • Experience required within technology, and consulting, business development, account management, project management, program administration and/or professional services;
  • Hotel industry experience required, previous experience in hospitality consulting ideal;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; 
  • Strong project management skills and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team;
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones;
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce and Magentrix ideal.
