Your Next Role:
  • Call centre opportunity starting early Aug ranging from 6 months & potential for permanency thereafter 
  • You will be the primary point of contact for all incoming customer calls, ensuring each interaction is marked by outstanding customer service.
  • Handling a large volume of inbound queries through calling, emails and chats. 
  • Promoting products and services tailored to member's needs
  • Detailed training programmes in place to get you set up in your role!
  • Supportive and bubbly team environments
What you Need:
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 years recent experience (within last two years) in a call centre or high volume phone based role (Financial Services industry is a bonus)
  • Genuine passion and proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Up for a challenge - someone who tackles complaints or complex issues with resilience
  • Full time availability across Mon- Sat (rosters across 8-7pm working consistent full time hours of 37.5 each week)
  • Must be available to work onsite with options to work from home once a week 
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Proven professional references from previous employers
