You'll be responsible for quickly and efficiently identifying and fixing complex damages to our vehicles. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every ride on our e-scooter is safe and reliable.

 

You’ll perform thorough safety tests on each vehicle to make sure that it’s roadworthy. We aim to provide customers with a top-notch transport experience, and your dedication to maintaining high safety standards will help us achieve this.

 

Additionally, you’ll assist the Lead Mechanic with their daily tasks and actively participate in coordinating and training the team of mechanics, leading by example and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for the Mechanics team.

  • <point>Ensuring new mechanics are properly trained and follow relevant guidelines in the warehouse, including diagnosis, issue evaluation, charging, battery management, health, and safety.</point>
  • <point>Helping the Lead Mechanic to proactively coordinate tasks and manage inventory, shipments, feedback, and resources, perform quality control, and ensure that all operations run smoothly.</point> 
  • <point>Performing weekly and monthly inspections of the warehouse, identifying areas for improvement, and tracking/implementing actions to enhance efficiency and safety.</point>
