Additionally, you’ll assist the Lead Mechanic with their daily tasks and actively participate in coordinating and training the team of mechanics, leading by example and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for the Mechanics team.

<point>Performing mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure top-notch quality for our e-scooters.</point>
<point>Analysing complicated incidents and solving technical and mechanical problems.</point>
<point>Putting new e-scooters into service involves unpacking, running quality checks, adding necessary equipment, ensuring safety, and troubleshooting.</point>
<point>Ensuring new mechanics are properly trained and follow relevant guidelines in the warehouse, including diagnosis, issue evaluation, charging, battery management, health, and safety.</point>
<point>Helping the Lead Mechanic to proactively coordinate tasks and manage inventory, shipments, feedback, and resources, perform quality control, and ensure that all operations run smoothly.</point>
<point>Performing weekly and monthly inspections of the warehouse, identifying areas for improvement, and tracking/implementing actions to enhance efficiency and safety.</point>
