As the lead program strategists, Senior Consultants use their technical skills to craft tailored solutions, drawing upon innovative solution design, and rigorous project scoping. Their leadership, evident in mentorship and proactive problem-solving, positions them as the consulting discipline's figurehead. Their skills in client management and strategic thinking creates lasting client relationships and guarantees impactful program outcomes. Key Accountabilities:

  • Owning the progression of client work into scalable, enduring programs, ensuring that each project evolves in a manner consistent with our clients’ changing needs and market dynamics.
  • Personal accountability for proactively detecting and highlighting risks or issues related to Practice work, orchestrating collaborative efforts with the Practice Leads and internal Consultancy functions to devise and implement mitigation or remediation strategies.
  • Ensuring the utmost client satisfaction across all deliverables by closely monitoring feedback, understanding client preferences, and guaranteeing responsiveness, ultimately cultivating long-term, trusted client-partner relationships.
  • Taking personal ownership of each project's lifecycle, ensuring all work aligns with the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations within set timelines.
  • Personal accountability for producing transparent, comprehensive, and timely business reporting across all ongoing practice projects, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Owning the responsibility of gathering, synthesizing, and maintaining a rich database of insights concerning the client's business environment, challenges, and growth context, ensuring this knowledge informs future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying, analyzing, and presenting potential client growth opportunities, ensuring that they align with the client's strategic objectives and contribute to their success.
  • Establishing and nurturing multifaceted mentorship-based professional relationships with Practice and Consultancy colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless integration of Consultancy resources in project execution.
  • Consistently demonstrating our value proposition by delivering tailored solutions, anticipating client needs, and reinforcing its position as an indispensable growth consultancy partner.
  • Taking the initiative to gather client feedback, ensuring high satisfaction scores, and adeptly navigating discussions to obtain permission for case study publication across all practice works.
  • Maintaining a rigorous standard in scoping, managing timelines, ensuring accurate timesheet submissions, and overseeing all essential systems reporting related to project delivery, ensuring efficient project management practices are adhered to.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and knowledge hub for the client, adeptly managing communications, providing insights about the category, understanding the nuances of projects delivered across the Practice, and actively leading knowledge-sharing sessions with peers, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.

Salary

£55,000 to £90,000 DOE
