<title>About the role</title>

The main objective of this position is to lead a program within the Efficiency domain to ensure access to tools and knowledge for operational teams within the Rides vertical. This individual has strong program-related expertise, leverages program management and people training capabilities, fosters collaboration across functions and leads a program team to achieve their goals while maintaining operational efficiency and process/data integrity. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Leading the Access Management project to ensure data and process integrity, preventing internal fraud and ensuring efficiency in granting, maintaining and revoking accesses to tools and data within the Rides vertical</point>
  • <point>Leading the Operational Agents Onboarding project to establish knowledge management systems for operational workflows, agents’ training setups and setups for maintaining the knowledge base</point>
  • <point>Developing program plans that are aligned with the domain’s main KPIs (Processing cost per GMV, processing TAT, processing costs, automation coverage, automation rates, process quality) and program KPIs</point>
  • <point>Defining the benchmark of operations within your program by proposing relevant levers (standardisation, automation, elimination, centralisation, outsourcing etc). Developing standard operating procedures and outsourcing or developing tooling to support said procedures</point>
  • <point>Implementing established processes and tooling across our markets by leading the change management and conducting onboardings where necessary</point>

  • <point>You have 5+ years previous experience in program management or a related field and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget</point>
  • <point>You have demonstrated expertise in working with Operational Excellence tools and problem solving methodologies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current operations and drive continuous improvement</point>
  • <point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with great Excel skills</point>
  • <point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English</point>
  • <point>You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and think independently</point>
  • <point>You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools</point>
