At monday.com, we are seeking Product analyst group leader, to lead manage and grow a group of top product analysts, build and mentor the next analyst leaders, and help us drive the best direction for our products and next steps.

We are looking for a natural leader, who is passionate about growing top talent, leading people through data, and has a strong analytical background. someone who prospers in dynamic environments knows how to get connected to various stakeholders, and knows how to lead without authority.

About The Role

  • You will lead a group of a few product analysts teams, build, control & prioritize the pipeline of tasks relevant to the team according to the business needs.
  • You will hire, grow, and manage new product analysts for the team. You will guide them frequently, remove roadblocks for them, and help them improve their business impact.
  • You will drive focus and speed within your team to deliver meaningful insights and help implement them in the product roadmap.
  • You will set the vision of how the whole product analytics org should look like, set it's standard, and establish new work processes across the entire product org.
  • You will be a part of leading the entire data practitioners in Monday.
  • You will lead and build a relationship with our BI team, in order to model the best data we need in order to keep our analytical velocity.

  • You will collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your teams are always working on the most impactful things.
  • You will get an extremely wide context from different product areas in the company, and turn them into an analytical roadmap for your team
  • You will drive guidelines and alignment between teams in the product department and other product analysts, on how we do analytics in Monday.

Requirements

  • You are an owner with entrepreneurial qualities. You are self-driven, you take extreme ownership, and you feel comfortable making decisions without consensus.
  • You are a great human being and you are all into teamwork. you care about how people will feel inside the organization and set high standard for culture and maturity
  • You have at least 4 years of experience leading analytics teams, with demonstrated success in hiring and growing top talent.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience as a product analyst or similar, with a proven track record of analyzing product domains.
  • You communicate extremely well. You can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical. You can motivate, lead, and champion people, teams, and products.
  • You have a strong feedback skills, and you are not ashamed to give and receive feedback.
  • You live and dream A/B tests. you are driven by hypothesis when designing an experiment, determine a goal, and stick to it. you can easily tell the story behind the user's behavior.
  • You are a fast learner, adaptive, and feel at home in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive decision making at speed.
  • Previous experience leading SaaS products/ consumer products – Advantage.
