We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Line Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing advanced technical support, addressing complex issues related to payment service integrations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Ideal candidates should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in the crypto space

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for fintech services, specializing in cryptocurrency and fiat transactions
  • Address and resolve complex issues related to payment service integrations
  • Utilize tools for API testing (e.g., Postman) and work with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for daily tasks
  • Conduct proactive and recurring technical reviews of client payment form integrations, sharing feedback and best practices
  • Offer expert support for clients with unique API integration challenges and ensure the successful integration of new platforms and VIP clients
  • Design, oversee, and deliver training programs on operational topics to enhance clients' understanding and use of our services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and contribute to the development of best practices

  • Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in 2nd line support in fintech (cryptocurrency or fiat preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Russian
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Experience with API testing tools and CRM systems
  • Experience with tools for working with logs (e.g. Kibana)
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
  • Basic skills in SQL and knowledge of API principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A keen interest in the crypto space and a commitment to staying informed about industry developments
