We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Line Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing advanced technical support, addressing complex issues related to payment service integrations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Ideal candidates should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in the crypto space
Responsibilities:Provide advanced technical support for fintech services, specializing in cryptocurrency and fiat transactionsAddress and resolve complex issues related to payment service integrationsUtilize tools for API testing (e.g., Postman) and work with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for daily tasksConduct proactive and recurring technical reviews of client payment form integrations, sharing feedback and best practicesOffer expert support for clients with unique API integration challenges and ensure the successful integration of new platforms and VIP clientsDesign, oversee, and deliver training programs on operational topics to enhance clients' understanding and use of our servicesCollaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and contribute to the development of best practicesRequirements:1+ years of experience in 2nd line support in fintech (cryptocurrency or fiat preferred)Strong written and oral communication skills in English and RussianSolid understanding of software development processes and methodologiesExperience with API testing tools and CRM systemsExperience with tools for working with logs (e.g. Kibana)Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is a plusBasic skills in SQL and knowledge of API principlesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamA keen interest in the crypto space and a commitment to staying informed about industry developmentsPreferred Qualifications:Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindsetOpen-mindedness and receptiveness to feedbackOrganizational skills with a strong focus on delivering resultsWhy should you choose CoinsPaid?
