Your missions

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hybrid IT Support Technician to join our team in Miami.

Role 

As a Hybrid IT Support Technician, you will maintain the day-to-day provision of IT Support Services to our internal offices and remote staff. The IT Service Desk, which you will help manage, serves as the centralized contact point for all IT-related incidents and service requests.

Primary  Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous IT support to our clients.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer issues through the vigilant monitoring of our ticketing system and Help Desk line.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with Office 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot group policies to enforce standards and automate processes.
  • Exhibit solid understanding of Microsoft Office Products, including installation, troubleshooting, and access control.
  • Have basic knowledge of network functions to troubleshoot user issues.
  • Apply your in-depth understanding of desktop and laptop hardware architectures.
  • Use experience with image and software deployment utilizing SCCM and Group policies.
  • Manage and troubleshoot centralized AV solutions. Showcase ability to support MAC systems.
  • Set up and configure local and network printers.
  • Use independent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with Application and Infrastructure support teams.
  • Physically move and set up equipment, up to 25 lbs.
  • Support hosted PBX systems, including the setup and provisioning of phones.
  • Participate in a weekend on-call rotation with other Support Services staff members.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of wireless networks.
  • Provide assistance to customers with setup and troubleshooting of mobile phones and devices.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of verifiable IT Support experience.
  • IT Certifications: A+, N+, MCSA Windows 10 desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred.
