About The Role

You will work with experienced and highly talented engineers — who love what they do — with cutting-edge technologies in a data and impact-driven environment. We promote transparency, full ownership, teamwork, and a no-ego policy.

Our engineering department comprises different groups, each responsible for a crucial domain in the monday.com product. With over 300 engineers, we operate as part of cross-functional teams, defining, improving, building, and delivering features collaboratively.

If you join monday.com, you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced reality where you can make a significant impact!

What you will do:

  • Lead and centralize team activities, including new feature development, automation, testing, bug management, and Agile planning.
  • Develop features end-to-end, collaborating with UI/UX design, and taking ownership from conception to post-deployment analysis.
  • Drive R&D domain leadership, influencing company product architecture and craftsmanship.
  • Evolve our architecture and engineering to support a growing scale of users, features, and data.
  • Manage a team of highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Our tech stack: React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL.

Note: Prior experience with our tech stack is not required; we welcome people willing to learn.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven management experience, leading projects from start to finish.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Impact-driven, user, and business-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

What Monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions and potential, competitive salary, bonus and equity incentive program.
  • Private healthcare insurance with Vitality.
  • 50GBP/month towards a ClassPass membership.
  • Buffet breakfast and lunch offered at the office 3 days per week.
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills.
  • Fun team events, socials and offsites.
  • Amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work! We've been named "Best Place to Work" in the UK.
