<title>About the role</title>

The Vehicles Senior Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and driving the successful execution of complex programs. They leverage their deep program area expertise, strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure alignment with organisational goals, efficient resource allocation and the achievement of measurable results. They build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration across teams and provide mentorship to program managers, ensuring smooth program execution and exceeding expectations.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Analysing processes and data to identify opportunities in the Vehicle domain that directly address Bolt Rides division’s business objectives and priorities.</point>
- <point>Prioritising key opportunities for the business and plan, designing and project managing programs aligned towards domain KPIs (# of active vehicles, Online Hours/Vehicle, % of active EVs and EV mileage).</point>
- <point>Elaborating a robust tracking framework of transactions post execution and drive local teams accountability </point>
- <point>Leading the end to end implementation of programs through stakeholder collaboration and key partnerships</point>
- <point>Defining and achieving program’s success metrics and give visibility on their goals, plans and progress to the business.</point>
