Job description

Deepki, leading the way in ESG SaaS for real estate owners and accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability.


MISSIONS:

The ADR will develop Deepki's customer portfolio across our different offices (France, UK, Spain & Italy) and assist the ADRs managers. More specifically :

  • Researching accounts : find the best accounts for Deepki to prospect, research the sales territories for new accounts, understand why an account would be a good fit, use innovative ways to enrich our prospecting base (social media, specialist publication, industry lists, etc.)

  • Contact Sourcing : Find out who we should talk to, why we should talk to them, how we should communicate with them

  • Data hygiene : Maintaining organization and owning administrative tasks in Salesforce

  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities

  • Becoming a trusted resource and develop relationships with SDR managers and SDRs

  • Contact prospects before and after web conferences, events and webinars


As an Account Development Representative, your impact on Deepki’s growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increasing ARR through Deepki, while growing the company's customer portfolio.

You will also benefit from a coaching / continuing education program allowing you to develop solid commercial skills, on real estate and ESG.


Requirements:

  • Studying for a Master degree or equivalent

  • Proficient in French, English and any other language (German, Spanish or Italian) is a plus

  • Passion for the environmental transition

  • Belief in Deepki’s values – Impact / Customer satisfaction / Benevolence and good will / Freedom and responsibility

  • Hardworking and goal-oriented

  • You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities

  • Strong communication skills and a tireless positive attitude

  • Already used Salesforce and / or Hubspot and / or another CRM


Bonus:

  • Experience in Real Estate and / or ESG

  • Experience in hyper-growth environments and or sales
