Jr Marketing Performance Analyst (USER ACQUISITION)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Marketing Performance Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign performance for our games.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for campaign planning and optimization.
Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for user acquisition.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineer, Information Technology or a related field.
Knowledge of basic marketing principles and concepts.
Proficient in English at an intermediate or advanced level - Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
1 year of experience with management of online advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills:

Previous work with mobile game advertising.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, etc.
