Your missions

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile IT & Security Admin to join our India team at Blooming Health. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security and compliance of our IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on SOC 2 and HIPAA standards. You will also provide essential support in setting up and maintaining our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT & Security Compliance:
    • Gain a deep understanding of SOC 2 and HIPAA requirements.
    • Implement and manage controls to ensure compliance with these standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct security assessments and audits.
  • IT Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance:
    • Assist in setting up and configuring IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking components.
    • Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure for optimal performance and reliability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Security Monitoring:
    • Implement security monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to potential threats.
    • Investigate security incidents and breaches, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • User Support:
    • Provide IT support to end-users, assisting with technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
    • Educate employees on security best practices.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Create and maintain IT and security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of security practices among staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of standard IT practices, with the ability to quickly learn and implement SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance controls.
  • Previous experience in IT administration and infrastructure setup is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) would be a plus.
