Fullstack Software Engineer

Sweep is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to work on our sustainability data management platform.

Our market-leading, AI-powered software helps organizations understand all extra-financial data across their business and value chain to manage increasing disclosure requirements and take action to meet sustainable business goals.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

As an integral part of our engineering team, you will help build our innovative SaaS tool that allows companies to measure and track their Carbon and ESG data, set reduction goals and report on progress towards a cleaner future.

More specifically, this includes:

1. Evolve the Core Product 🌱
You will participate in every stage of the development life-cycle, from design to production. You will implement end-to-end features from data models to back-end and UI development, ensuring a seamless user experience.

2. Be a Team Player 👫
You will actively participate in team meetings, review and provide feedback on pull requests and code changes, and collaborate on the technical design of significant features.

3. Act as Infrastructure Guardian ⚙️
You will build, set up, and maintain our development tools and infrastructure, automate and improve development and release processes, and ensure that our systems are secure and resilient against cybersecurity threats.

4. Pursue quality 🔍
You will make incremental, well-tested changes and improve and extend the QA processes.

Qualifications 🏆

• Master's/Engineer's degree in computer science
• 3+ years of experience as a fullstack software developer
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as TypeScript, Ruby, Python
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
