As a Freelance Data Analysis and ML Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our data analytics capabilities, focusing on a variety of projects within the IT consulting domain. Your expertise in data insight extraction will be vital in driving decision-making and improving our product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement forecasting and prediction models to inform business strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for insightful analysis of unstructured data.
• Conduct data analysis using Python for tasks including data extraction, cleaning, and visualization.
• Develop and refine machine learning models with a focus on predictive analytics and explainable AI, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into practical applications.
• Collaborate across disciplines to identify and solve data-related challenges, leveraging expertise in LLM testing and integration for real-world applications.
• Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Keep abreast of advancements in data science, analytics, and technology, particularly in the areas of LLMs and their application in industry.

Qualifications:

• Near completion of a Master’s degree in Management and Data Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in data analytics principles and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with proficiency in Python, Java or C# but also SQL, and a broad range of software development practices.
• At least 18 months of experience in data-related roles, demonstrating a capacity for innovative problem-solving and application of data science techniques in IT consulting or similar environments.
• Proven ability to apply data science and machine learning techniques, with specific experience in the testing, evaluation, and integration of Large Language Models into practical applications.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
