- Enhance sales operations processes by collaborating with teams and stakeholders
- Conduct training, troubleshoot technical issues, and gather user feedback
- Maintain training materials and provide support for global sales teams
- Support sales and marketing group with day-to-day operational activities
- Partner with Project Manager and IT for training projects and process improvements
