Your missions

Job Title: Marketing Assistant - 20406689693

Salary Range: $1,200 - $1,500 per month

Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST

It is a modern media consultancy. The company help their clients maximize engagement with clients and prospects by leveraging programs that integrate targeted digital advertising, online display, search marketing, mobile and social media advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Illustrator: Proficiency in balancing and composing digital assets.
  • PowerPoint Creation, Design, and Editing: Experience in creating, designing, and editing PowerPoint presentations to ensure professional and engaging visual communication
  • Animation and Motion Graphics: Transform visions into engaging GIFs and animated ads.
  • Ad Creation: Generate 12 different ad sizes based on client briefs.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, non-delayed communication with clients.
  • Video Editing: Create reels and tutorial videos, including adding intro and exit images using Premiere or CapCut.
  • Concept Development: Generate ideas and concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Visual Design: Create visually compelling digital ad creatives such as banners, social media graphics, and display ads.
  • Typography: Select and manipulate fonts to ensure readability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Image Editing: Edit and retouch images for digital ad creatives.
  • Adaptation: Adapt creative assets to various sizes and formats for different digital platforms.
  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders.
  • Testing and Optimization: Assist in A/B testing of creatives to optimize performance.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  • Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Premiere or CapCut for video editing
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Ability to generate creative concepts based on client briefs
  • Knowledge of typography and image editing
  • Familiarity with animation and motion graphics
  • Experience in adapting creative assets to various digital formats
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
