LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Job Title: Data Analyst
Schedule: Monday to Friday at 9AM - 5PM PST
Salary Range: $1,000-1,400
Benefits: 2 weeks PTO and sick leave

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance Looker dashboards and reports to support business needs.
Design and implement LookML models to create reusable and scalable data models in Looker.
Automate and replace Excel processes using SQL and dbt (Data Build Tool).
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various data sources.
Create and manage data visualizations that effectively communicate insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
Perform data validation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports.
Utilize SQL for data manipulation, including joins, case statements, and subqueries, to support reporting and analysis needs.

Requirements

With atleast 5 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in SQL, Looker, and LookML (required)
Bonus experience/proficiency: dbt, Shopify, Segment, Snowflake
Experience with other database management systems.
Experience with data modeling and building scalable data models in Looker using LookML.
Proficiency in automating processes and replacing Excel-based workflows using SQL and dbt.
Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reports and insights.
Familiarity with data validation techniques and best practices.
