Accounting Manager (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations, and maintain proper documentation of all financial activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax agencies, and vendors, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
• At least 1 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage accounting teams and oversee accounting operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other accounting software.
