Salary Range: USD 1700- 2500/ month (based on experience)

Location: Fully remote, Only for LATAM

Working Hours: Full-time, EST

Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Scope of the Role 
The ideal candidate will assist the owner in creating processes, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Notion. This role also involves ongoing administrative and executive assistant tasks to ensure efficient operations and project management.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the owner to develop and document company processes, policies, and SOPs using Notion.
  • Oversee and manage various operational projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist with operations management tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Specialist, Project Manager, or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Notion for creating and managing SOPs and other documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes and policies.
  • Experience in the roofing or construction industry preferred. 
  • Knowledge of franchise operations and management preferred
