Position: Sales Representative

Salary Range: USD 1600 - 2000/ month (based on experience)

Location: Fully remote, Only for LATAM

Working Hours: Full-time, 8AM - 6PM EST

Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Scope of the Role 


We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive business growth through proactive lead generation and client relationship management. As a key player in our sales ecosystem, you'll be responsible for prospecting inbound leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prospect inbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Utilize HubSpot, ChatGPT, and Outlook to manage leads, track interactions, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with a colloquial dialect.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ChatGPT, and Outlook is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
