FTE: 35-40 hours per week remote, flexible schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.

Focusing primarily on energy justice and healthy homes within the Milwaukee (MKE) community, you will lead volunteer teams of health professionals to protect Wisconsinites from the health impacts of climate change and improve community resilience and well-being. You will develop and execute strategies that bring in new health professionals and partners and mobilize them for policy transformation and social change. Additional resiliency projects may include extreme weather and heat preparedness, disease surveillance, greenspace, healthcare access, transportation, and other initiatives.
