Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance/Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team full-time. 

As a Finance/Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our client's financial records and transactions. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for clients, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards

- Communicate with clients to provide financial updates and answer any questions or concerns

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to clients


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or bookkeeping

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as tax laws and accounting standards, is preferred
