Job description

We're on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to play a crucial role in our company. We are a fast-paced and innovative company seeking a self-starter who can contribute to shaping our sales function. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your skills will be pivotal in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth.

This is a permanent, full-time position - you can work remotely or in our Warsaw office.

Finance:

  • OTE 16,000 PLN to 20,000 PLN
  • Base salary of 8,000 PLN to 10,000 PLN net + VAT💰
  • Uncapped commission


Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Execute inbound strategies, convert high-intent opportunities, and uncover new business from our freemium customer base.
  • Outbound Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies, leveraging cold outreach and prospecting techniques.
  • Process Development: Play a pivotal role in building and refining sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coaching and Training: Bring your passion for coaching and training and contribute to your own and the team's development.
