Who are we looking for?  
As a Sr ServiceNow QA, is to be responsible of building test cases (follow standard and best practices) to match user stories. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources. Develop and excute test cases scripts , plans and procedures ( Manual and Automated ) and run manual and automated tests. 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree related to Software engineer, technician, technologist or related. 
  • 3+ Years minimum in QA testing experience.  
  • Experience in ServiceNow. Desired
  • Experience in Automation testing. Desired
  • ServiceNow SysAdmin Certification. Desired
  • ITIL Foundations Certified. Desired
  • Strong knowledge in STLC. 
  • Knowledge in ISTQB. 
  • Scrum Master Knowledge.
  • Scripting Knowledge.
  • Upper intermediate English B2+
