Senior Business Development Manager - FM Service contracts (new business of Key Accounts) 

Area - National

The Role of Senior Business Development Manager

  • This is a home / field based role with full national scope. 
  • As Senior Business Development Manager you will target manufacturing companies selling soft FM solutions. 
  • Your will use your strategic business development skills to open up new opportunities with C-level decision makers but also conversing at all levels i.e. Head of Operations, Health and Safety, Procurement through to managers and heads of departments. 
  • This is a high level / senior new business role and therefore you will be responsible for winning high value rental / service contracts.
  • This is an autonomous role where you will will build your own pipeline and plan your own diary.

The Package on offer for the Senior Business Development Manager

  • £50,000 - £60,000 negotiable
  • OTE £130,000 (Quarterly Bonuses £5K) Annual Bonus of £6500 and accelerator bonuses
