Job description

 

About the role

ready2order is looking for an experienced IT Operations and DevOps Lead to oversee the efficient functioning of our cloud infrastructure and office IT setup.

 

What you will do

  • Lead and guide a team of three DevOps and IT infrastructure engineers
  • Ensure a stable foundation for our customer-facing services
  • Enhance our IaC-based cloud setup on AWS, to maximize stability and minimize costs
  • Extend our Gitlab-based CI/CD setup to improve speed and reliability
  • Further improve our security practices, such as vulnerability scanning and pen testing
  • Improve traceability, monitoring, and alerting to understand our systems better and to ensure high availability 
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute longer-term infrastructure projects together with your team
  • Ensure a great working platform for our employees, from development setup to office hardware
  • Help resolve technical problems when they arise

  • Experience with AWS and IaC tools, ideally Terraform
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms, ideally GitLab

  • Ideally, previous leadership experience
  • Ideally, you have experience with our tech stack: PHP, MySQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Prometheus / Grafana

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 70.000 gross per year. Of course, we are willing to pay a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
