Job Profile Summary:

 

Responsible for ensuring competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits policies and practices in Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands. Includes assisting compensations program design (e.g., salary, short and long-term incentive), implementation, and administration for exempt and non-exempt staff.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs, addressing employee queries and providing guidance as needed.

  • Analyze market data to make informed recommendations for compensation and benefits adjustments.

  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement total rewards initiatives effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Support the development and delivery of communication strategies to ensure employees understand and appreciate the total rewards package.

  • Assist in the development of compensation and benefits policies, contributing to their clarity and compliance.

  • Participate in data collection efforts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for analysis.

  • Work closely with the total rewards team to achieve program objectives and address employee concerns.

  • Stay informed about changes in compensation and benefits regulations and compliance requirements.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance and/or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits.

  • Proven experience in total rewards program administration.

  • Proficiencies in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Highly fluent in English and Dutch knowledge would be an asset.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
