Job description

Founded in 2004, NetBrain is the leader in no-code network automation. Its ground-breaking Next-Gen platform provides IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks by automating the processes associated with Diagnostic Troubleshooting, Outage Prevention and Protected Change Management.  Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.

What We Need

NetBrain is looking for a collaborative and customer-minded leader to join our post-sales organization as our Senior Director of Global Services, working remotely out of North America. This person should have a strong technical background in networking and an understanding of customer use cases, and they should be experienced in leading high performing services teams.

As our market leading platform has continued to evolve, it is our mission to accelerate our customers network transformation and prevent network outages from happening. Your team will be on the front lines, providing services to empower and enable our enterprise customers, and you will be paramount in shaping, strategizing and improving how we do that.

 

What You’ll Do

  • You will develop and lead the services strategy and execution in alignment with our global go to market strategy and objectives
  • Ensure high quality delivery of projects ensuring positive customer feedback.
  • Establish and foster executive relationships within our largest partners and accounts
  • Gain an understanding of NetBrain’s use cases and value propositions and strategize how to effectively utilize our resources to service our customers and maximize NetBrain adoption in their networks.
  • Continuously build and improve our services offerings and engagement strategies.
  • Mentor and coach a team of Network Automation Consultants to effectively deliver value to our customers through NetBrain services.
  • Build a services plan to maximize NetBrain adoption among customers, and fosters customer retention and increases customer satisfaction.
  • Define goals with measurable results, and continuously evaluate how NetBrain can improve it’s services offering.

 

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree with a STEM concentration.
  • Proven track record of leading successful teams that have exceeded goals in service delivery.
  • CCNP or equivalent certifications are preferred
  • You are a clear and thorough communicator with your team and customers
  • You have a keen sense of the big picture with the ability to make the most of the resources at your disposal.
  • You seek opportunities for big impact and thrive in a fast paced environment.

 

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base salary is between $210,000 - $285,000 + Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
