The Senior Analyst of Security Compliance manages the SOX IT control reporting. Their focus is ensuring that all controls are completed timely and accurately on a monthly and/or quarterly basis. This position supports a fast-paced security and compliance team that also focuses on improving our control processes and outcomes.  

A day in the life… 

• Lead and execute the SOX IT controls for all entities across the business 

• Collaborate with application owners to ensure they provide all the required information to complete SOX reporting 

• Collaborate with Internal Audit to ensure adherence to all SOX reporting requirements 

• Working on multiple SOX reports at the same time to ensure timelines of completion 

• Reasearch and find faster more efficient ways to complete SOX reporting 

• Responsible to complete all of the SOX User Access Reviews for all entities as well as SOX termination reports and any additional controls that are required 

• Must have the ability to manage and coordinate tasks in developing and preparing time-sensitive and accurate responses to multiple requests using clear, concise language 

• Maintains documentation on all SOX audit and compliance-related responsibilities and processes 

• Identifies, resolves, mitigates, and escalates gaps and risks to management and leadership.  

• Master the ability to work cross-organizationally and drive initiatives to completion  

• Additional security and risk support duties, as needed, likely during slower periods.

What we are looking for…  

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with 4+ years of experience working in IT/Security Audit and/or compliance  

• Strong, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills  

• Organizational, heavy deadline-oriented, and process improvement skills  

• Experience working within audit, security and/or compliance with demonstrable results a plus  

• Security/IT Audit experience is preferred 

• SOX controls experience is required, IT/Security controls preferred 

• Compliance and Audit experience preferred 

• Quickly, easily, and enthusiastically learn how to use new technology  

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook 

• Knowledge of Auditboard is a plus but not required
