Litigation Attorney

The role is open to individuals with 4 or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation, and we're especially interested in those with a knack for first-party insurance litigation and/or construction-defect litigation. • Proficient in handling cases from inception to resolution, including preparing pleadings, motion practice, conducting depositions, and trial work
