Your missions

Transformations Care Network seeks a visionary National Director of Outreach (NDO) with a strong background in healthcare marketing and strategic outreach to lead our expansion efforts across our established markets in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia), Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington, West Virginia. This critical role focuses on driving demand for our mental health facilities and overseeing a growing team dedicated to scaling our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement dynamic outreach strategies to drive demand for mental health services.
  • Oversee the development and performance of an emerging team of Regional Outreach Managers, setting a foundation for scalable growth.
  • Spearhead integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing patient intake and achieving high levels of satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics for strategic decision-making, integrating CRM tools to streamline processes.
  • Champion our mission, ensuring a strong regional brand presence and fostering meaningful community partnerships.
  • Manage budgets and technology effectively to enhance outreach efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or similar advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within healthcare outreach or sales, including 3+ years of experience with SalesForce, highlighting a track record in demand generation for healthcare services.
  • Proven capability in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and scale teams effectively.
  • Open to travel up to 50% of the time, to foster and amplify outreach initiatives.
